Dexian is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Program Manager to join our global team. This person will lead the IT projects for all of our IT enterprise globally. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of program and project management principles and will have the ability to manage cross functional teams globally to complete complex IT projects for the business. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The IT Project Manager will serve as the lead for all Dexian IT projects globally and as the primary resource for in IT for the life cycle of project management in IT
- Assist the Director of IT products, software and business applications running a global IT enterprise with over 70 offices across the global
- In
N - Using Service Now, develop and maintain an accurate status of current and future projects
- Prioritize projects across the global enterprise by working with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Run the Change Advisory Board
- Assist with the Configuration Management Board
- Assist with the Change Control Board
- Own and maintain the Configuration Management Database
- Develop and standardize processes to increase organization efficiencies
- Collaborate with other departments and lead IT projects
- Advise on IT project decisions
- Stay on top of the emerging trends to drive innovation and improvement
- Foster a data-driven culture across the organization
- Cultivate operational excellence by monitoring and reporting on all IT projects
- Assist with budgeting within the department and resource planning to meet project objectives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on IT projects ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have:
- 7-12+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, with recent professional cross-functional team leadership/management experience
- Service Now experience
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Working with global teams and the ability to manage people and projects across diverse environments highly desirable
- We are looking for an individual who is a team player, has strong communication skills, and is highly organized
- This person should also be able to collaborate with other departments and lead IT projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Proven experience with IT project management
- This person should also be able to collaborate with other departments and lead a variety of IT-focused projects
- 4-year college degree and PMP certification preferred
