Overview
Reports to and partners with the Vice President of a geography and as assigned. Is expected to meet business objectives, effectively develop and retain
talent in Sales, demonstrate accountability in all key job disciplines and serve as a positive change agent and role model as a leader of Dexian.

Overall Requirements 
8+ years’ experience as a manager within a staff augmentation and managed services
line of business
• Demonstrated driver of sales with proven track record
• Advanced communicator of oral and written work; also excellent presenter
• Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others in
solving client problems or recommending new ideas/strategies
• Solid talent leadership/management skills, with low turnover rates of team members
• Effective leader of sales staff across multiple geographies
• Excellent time manager and understands the importance of meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated knowledge in the vertical/industries assigned, or ability to learn
quickly
• Superior interpersonal skills and works collaboratively within a matrix organization
• Positive change management abilities
• Travel required for this position is approximately 30%
• Favorable results on assessments – Sales Skills Index™ 
• Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience

Key Responsibilities 
• Achieve annual and quarterly targets assigned; minimum revenue targets, specific revenue growth targets, Net GP growth targets (at least 10% on overall portfolio annually), blended fill ratio targets for “A” & “B” requirements
• Drive EBITDA annual target
• Ensure successful MSP Scorecard standings (vertical/accounts)
• Assist in deals over $250,000 in total contract value
• Build business sponsor at key clients
• Create and drive a go-to-market portfolio strategy plan for assigned accounts
• Develop account-specific plans in collaboration with Account Executives; produce monthly forecast
reports each quarter that show how they are tracking against AE / account goals
• Participate in QBR meetings and modify go-to-market plans as needed
• Manage assigned clients in a vertical by using tools to the fullest extent
• Manage up to seven AEs through the selling life cycle for staff augmentation, managed capacity,
managed solutions and managed services opportunities
• Effectively manage, coach, and inspire sales talent ensuring their success and low turnover rates
• Hire and make Account Executives and Sr. Account Executives successful (>12 on monthly Scorecard) Train and develop AEs and AR's on industry knowledge and trends
• Use monthly dashboard metrics to generate objective coaching points for AEs and AR's and ensure team members complete required processes such as account planning
• Train and review scorecard metrics with AE’s
• Collaborate closely with Directors of Recruiting (DOR’s) and delivery engine to drive business
• Uses and ensures use of all Dexian tools (Bullhorn, Di, Analyzer, Peoplesoft, Veelo, Workplace, etc.)
• Leverage offerings of the Enterprise Services teams and collaborate effectively with all groups (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Operations, Marketing, Field Ops/Enablement)
• Willingly offer and receive knowledge from others within or outside Dexian
• Adhere to all Dexian policies and business processes; measure effectiveness of processes by using all designated Dexian tools, such as Analyzer, PeopleSoft, Bullhorn, LinkedIn, MS Suite
• Accelerate productivity in all business matters and lead others to do the same
• Volunteer to be involved in new program development that benefits Dexian and its employees
• Is Dexian-focused and consistently behaves as a positive role model, change agent, culture ambassador and in accordance with Dexian core values
